As many YouTubers know, 'Content Id' is an algorithm based tool that scans content while it is uploaded looking for copyright infringement and correcting it by diverting monetization to its listed owner. Now this algorithm don't work alone, copyright claims can be submitted by the owner also. In many cases you can request a review and it will be overturned but most it is not.  As an example this video by YouTube channel 'Extra Mayo' https://youtu.be/843e2IYcbB8 He makes a video under the fair use clause for the purpose of criticism. While he never plays this video entirely through he does in fact edit his way through to provide a thorough explanation of the video in question. This video had a claim attached and monetization diverted to 'The Hollywood Fix' a paparazzi outlet.&...

The U.S. Army has ordered troops to stop using consumer drones made by Chinese manufacturer DJI, according to an Aug. 2 memo seen by Defense One and confirmed by two Army officials. “Cease all use, uninstall all DJI applications, remove all batteries/storage media from devices, and secure equipment for follow on direction,” reads the memo from Lt. Gen. Joseph H. Anderson, the Army’s deputy chief of staff for plans and operations. Why? Facebook shut down an experiment with artificial intelligence, after two AI programs created and began to speak a language only they knew, the Independent reported Tuesday. Facebook developers were attempting to get the two “chatbots” to barter a trade with one another utilizing hats, balls, and books of varying values, according to the Independent. The two bots quickly resorted to speaking a variation of English between one another that seemed largely incomprehensible to the developers but was seemingly understood clearly by the two bots. The robots were reportedly told to improve their negotiation tactics as they bartered a trade but were not required to use understandable English, and soon the bots began speaking abnormally.
